Each photo gives an explanation of the event or item shown. After viewing the photos, take a trip to our menu page to develop your perfect menu. Menu
The photo on the left shows an appetizer buffet table set-up for an outdoor wedding in Seneca, S.C. The Seasonal Fresh Fruit Tree was a big hit with the guests as well as the Fancy Raw Vegetable Tray and the Fancy Cheese Tree. The buffet layout shown serves between 75 and 150 persons. Attendants for the buffet line are recommended to control food costs and are additional. The photo on the right is the event wedding cake which was supplied with frosted cupcakes for the younger guests and fresh flowers for decoration.

The buffet photo on the left includes a Seasonal Fruit Display of eight (8) different types of fresh fruit. The Fancy Raw Vegetable Display behind has six (6) types of veggies for dipping. Decorations for the Appetizer Buffet are simple use of table linen, table stands, and table skirts. Another view of the Appetizer Buffet is shown on the right. Notice the fresh flower cuts used to decorate the table. Behind the Puff Pastry Display is a Chilled Peeled Shrimp Clam Shell with cocktail sauce for dipping and sliced lemon wedges for the guests.

Above you will find two photos of a Heavy Appetizer Display. The Appetizer Buffet shown (four tables in total) served about 500 guests. There is a Fancy Fruit Display, Fruit & Cream Filled Tarts, Wedding Cookie Tray, and an Ice Sculpture with Fresh Flowers for decoration. The photo to the right shows a unique way of displaying a Fancy Cheese Appetizer using olives and fresh strawberries for color. The cheese and other items are mounted to a pre-formed tree with toothpicks. It takes additional time to prepare a display such as this, but it makes a great center-piece for a table!

The display shown in the left photo is of an ice fountain with Peeled Shrimp over ice. It was accompained by cocktail sauce and fresh lemon wedges. The Ice Fountain was drilled and had Fresh Flowers placed into the drilled holes for decoration. The appetizer display shown on the right served up to 500 persons. It consisted of a Fresh Watermelon Fruit Display, a French Cream Puff Tree, Cheese Filled Puff Pastries, and other items. Decorations were candles, table linen, stands, and fresh flowers.
While I have already shown you a cheese tree display, the one shown on the left here was set-up as a center piece for the table at this event. We added a mirror display under the tree with additional cheese, strawberries, and fancy crackers. A center piece display like this serves about 250 -350 persons. To the right above is another way of serving Jumbo Shrimp Coctail. The clam shell display is loaded wth ice below and uses lettuce for decorations. The champaign glass contains ice, shrimp and lemon wedges. Yum!
The above photos show another example of a hot buffet served with fancy appetizers such as tropical fruit and jumbo chilled shrimp. You also see a fancy vegetable display with different dressings. This buffet line served 350 persons and was refreshed by the waite staff while being served.
The above photo to the left shows a buffet line with fancy crossiant sandwiches, chilled jumbo cocktail shrimp, and chafen dishes filled with hot food. The photo on the right shows a gourmet garden salad with ranch and Italian dressing.

Consider an appetizer entry buffet to keep your guests pleased and occupied while you have your once in a lifetime photos taken with your new spouse and family. The above buffet has a fancy fruit and cheese tree with side platters of crackers and cucumber canapes along with fancy nut bowls, olives, and other goodies. Just enough to keep them happy and primed for a great meal.

The above Wedding Display bridges the gap between Appetizers and Hot Food. We have Marinated Chicken Bites, Sauteed Beef Tips, Abondigas (Spanish Meatballs), Vegetable Spring Rolls, Spanakopitas (Phylo Pies), Crisp Raw Vegetable Display, Fresh Fruit Display w/Side Plates, Spinach & Artichoke Dip w/Chips & Crackers, and a three (3) Flavor Cupcake Display to finish it off!
There are so many ways to display Fruits and Vegetables! Look at the Fruit displayed on a mirror and supported by crystal glasses! It give elegance and height to the display.
The above panorama shot shows a heavey appetizer buffet of olive plates, pearl onions, Italian cheese platter, fresh fruit tree, crossiant sandwiches, variety cheese and cracker display, chafen with Salteado Chicken Bites, chafen with Meat Balls Champeon, and a Chafen of Mixed Hot Appetizers. This buffet served more than 150 persons.

The cake in the left photo served more than 250 persons and used all natural flowers provided by the Brides florist. The top and bottom layers were cream cheese pound cake, with one layer strawberry, one layer chocolate, and one fruit flavored. A beautiful cake for a fall wedding! The photo on the right served about 250 persons and used natural flowers not only for cake decoration, but also to decorate the cake table along with candles. Swag icing was used for decoration on the sides of the cake. Very tasty!!

Even simple cakes for 75 to 100 persons can be made to look like a million! All you need is the right presentation. The photos above show how a few fresh flowers, some simple cloth, white icing, cake stands, and cloth napkins can change simple cakes into elegant event cakes.

Wow! What a cake! This one served 500 guests! It was made of 19 different baked cakes with three different flavors. The flowers are all made of gum paste and took three weeks to make!
Talk about a great design! This cake was similar to a design from the Waldorf Astoria of California and was comprised of 10 different layers with multiple flavors. The exterior was decorated with Fondant icing layers and sugar flowers. The cake served 375 persons.

As you can see with the photo on the left, you don't always have to give them cake! A rich chocolate fountain with fresh fruits and marshmellows can take the place of a cake. Can you say "Chocolate Fondue"? Also, don't forget the groom. He might want a Groom's cake for the rehearsal dinner.
Here is how everyone can have their own wedding cake! Not your traditional wedding cake at all. These cupcake wedding cakes where a combination of vanilla, vanilla w/chocolate chips, and chocolate fudge with three different colors of icing. The candy toppers were great for the younger guests as well!
The below cake is three layers of cake with a double dummy layer in the middle. The dummy layer is covered in sugar flowers. The entire cake was then placed upon a lighted ice scupture provided by out friends Ice Magic.
The above is a crystal cupcake display which holds up to 160 cupcakes along with a bride and groom cake on the top layer. It is lighted and very elegant. Now each of your guests can have their very own cake to eat at the event or take home with them.
The above crystal lighted cake display serves up to 250 guests. Paired with the candle holders it makes quite the display for your guests to remember.
This is one of my favorites. Lighted throughout, elegant but simple, serves 200 guests, and has room for fresh flowers to be displayed. It comes with a mirrored base to really set it off.
Simple design, cake base on which to set, crystal glasses around it for the toast, it pretty well speaks for itself.
The above cake is fondant icing with silk flowers. Simple in design and matching the brides colors.
An outdoor wedding in North Carolina. Lots of fresh flowers and a round base to give extra height to the cake.
The below cakes uses Fresh Strawberries to give color to the cake and provide for a unique design.
